The company was founded in 1973 in Fellingsbro, Sweden, under the name Håge Kuggindustri. The following year it moved to Örebro, Sweden, and today redamed Nerike Kugg & Mekan AB.
Since 1993 the company has been located at Hjälmarberget in Örebro. During 2003 the workshop area was increased.
Over the last 10 years turnover has increased from SEK 3 million to todays 20 million and the work force has increased from 5 to 24.
The company was ISO certified during 2011 and affiliated to T-verkarna, a network of suppliers located in Örebro county.
Ownership structure
Nerike Kugg & Mekan AB is own by Håkan Berger,
who also was owner of Nerke Mekan AB, erlier.
